If objective circumstances arise that may affect the delivery time, we will contact the customer immediately and agree on the most appropriate solution.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order in the following cases and procedures:
- You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed
- If your order is already being processed but has not yet been dispatched, a processing fee may apply
