Delivery Options
Our online shop offers several delivery options to meet your individual needs:
- Delivery by courier(Omniva and DPD): your order can be delivered directly to the address you specify, using reliable courier services.
- Packing Omniva and DPDA: You can choose to pick up your order at any Omniva parcel office that suits you.
- Store pickupA: If you prefer, you can also pick up your order in our shop.
Delivery Cost
For orders, delivery costs are calculated according to the rates of the chosen courier company (Omniva, DPD). The exact delivery costs are specified during the order process.

Maximum delivery time
SIA "ACCENT K.A." shall deliver the goods in accordance with the procedures laid down. The maximum delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the total number of active orders at a given time. Our company always strives to fulfil orders faster than the agreed deadline, ensuring quality service and timely delivery. If objective circumstances arise that may affect the delivery time, we will contact the customer immediately and agree on the most appropriate solution.
Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order in the following cases and procedures:
- You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed
- If your order is already being processed but has not yet been dispatched, a processing fee may apply

- In case of cancellation, the refund will be made within 14 days
- Cancellation is not possible after the order has been dispatched, but you can use the return option
Return of goods
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns policy.
Return Policy
- Return of goods can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Products be returned to its original undamaged condition, with all labels and packaging. Goods that are damaged or not complete will not be accepted for return.
- Made-to-order items are not accepted for return, unless the product is defective or not as ordered.
Return Process

- We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.
Further information:
- The costs of return are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the goods are defective
- Items must be unused and with all original labels
- Hygiene products and personal items are not accepted for return
- Returned goods must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice
- The goods included in the package must be returned complete
Exchange of goods
- The product can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt
- For exchange, the goods must be returned in their original packaging
- Only unused goods with retained labels can be exchanged
- In case of exchange, the delivery costs are borne by the buyer
- If the price of the desired item is higher, the buyer must pay the difference
- If the price of the desired item is lower, the difference is refunded
Refund of money
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return request
- The money is refunded to the same account from which the payment was made
- The amount to be refunded includes the price of the goods but excludes the original delivery costs
- In case of defects, delivery costs are also refunded
- If part of the order is returned, the refund is calculated pro rata
- The customer is informed of the status of the repayment process by e-mail
